The Lower Camp Air Monitoring Station is situated by the Athabasca River Valley, North of Suncor and East of Syncrude (Latitude, Longitude: 57.026792,-111.500819).

The Lower Camp station contains analyzers that continuously measure Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Total Hydrocarbons (THC), Non Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC), Methane (CH4), wind speed and direction, visibility, relative humidity, barometric pressure, and temperature.
