Fort McKay South

The Fort McKay South Air Monitoring Station is located between the community of Fort McKay and the Syncrude Canada mine site (Latitude, Longitude: 57.149175, -111.642344).
The Fort McKay south station contains analyzers that continuously measure Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Total Reduced Sulphur (TRS), Nitric Oxide (NO), Total Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Total Hydrocarbons (THC), Ozone (O3), Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5), wind speed and direction, relative humidity, and temperature. Time integrated sampling includes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Particulate Matter 10 (PM10), and Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5).
